2 cups sliced carrots

2 tablespoon sliced ginger

4 medium cloves garlic

5 ounce coconut milk

1 teaspoon turmeric or curry powder

1 large onion

1 tablespoon + 3 cups bone broth

1 cup sweet potato

Salt and white pepper for taste


  1. Chop the onion and leave it for about 5 minutes to release its beneficial properties.
  2. In a pot heat 1 tablespoon broth. Saute the onion in the broth over medium heat for about 5 minutes, while stirring often.
  3. Add the ginger and garlic, while sauteing for one more minute.
  4. Add curry and turmeric and stir well with onions.
  5. Add the broth carrots and sweet potato. Simmer over high heat for about 15 minutes, until your vegetables become tender. Then add coconut milk.
  6. Blend in batches, but make sure your blender is not more than half full. Add salt and pepper for taste.
  7. Put the ingredients in soup pot and reheat.
