Tuesday:

Breakfast: 1 orange, (you can also eat pear, peach, watermelon, melon – no bananas), 2 toast, a cup of coffee or tea without sugar.

Lunch: 1 orange, 1 egg, 1 cup sour milk, 2 toasts.

Dinner: 125 g of ground beef, 1 tomato (or tomato puree 1 deciliter), 1 toast, 1 cup of tea or coffee.

Wednesday:

Breakfast: 1 orange (or similar- pear, peach, watermelon, melon – no bananas), 2 toasts, a cup of coffee or tea without sugar.

Lunch: 1 orange, 1 boiled egg, 1 yogurt and lettuce.

Dinner: 125 g of ground beef, 1 orange, 1 toast, 1 cup of coffee or tea.

Thursday:

Breakfast: 1 orange (or a similar- pear, peach, watermelon, melon – no bananas), 2 toasts, a cup of coffee or tea without sugar.

Lunch: 125g cottage cheese with a little milk ink (and you can use mozzarella cheese), 1 tomato, 1 toast

Dinner: 125 g of ground beef, 2 tomatoes and 2oz of puree of tomatoes, 1 apple, 1 toast.

Friday:

Breakfast: 1 orange (or a similar extent pear, peach, watermelon, melon … – no bananas), 2 toast, a cup of coffee or tea without sugar.

Lunch: 200 g of cooked meat or fish, 1 tomato, 1 toast

Dinner: 500 g of cooked vegetables (carrots, peas, potatoes), 1 egg, 1 tomato.

Weekend:

You can eat normally during the weekend.

How to maintain you desired weight:

Breakfast: 1 lemonade without sugar

Lunch: 1 egg, 1 toast, 1 tomato (you can even an apple)

Dinner: 1 toast, 1 tomato (you can even one egg)
