What do you need:

  • 2 apples
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • 5 leaves of fresh cabbage
  • Lemon juice squeezed from one lemon
  • 1 bunch of parsley

How to prepare:

First of all wash all the ingredients thoroughly under running water and then mix them in a blender. Blend few minutes and you will have the juice prepared. Put it into cup and drink it in the morning before breakfast and before the rest of the meals during the day. It is recommended to prepare fresh juice every day.
