Here Is How To Cure Cholesterol, Diabetes And Obesity With Cinnamon And Yogurt

Long time ago people discovered the medicinal properties of the cinnamon spice.

It is purchased in powder form and should not be consumed in large quantities alone.

It can be added to food or drink and one such option is to mix high quality Ceylon cinnamon to low-fat yogurt.

Using Cinnamon to Lower Blood Sugar

There is research and according to it, just a half of a teaspoon of cinnamon each day can lower the levels of blood sugar and is helpful for those who have Type II diabetes. These studies have also shown positive effects on triglycerides and cholesterol.

Due to these great effects on health, cinnamon has been acknowledged as a cure for those who have high cholesterol or diabetes.

It is common that cinnamon is an ingredient in sweets such as cakes. However it is also useful when combined with honey though this is not recommended for diabetics. Fortunately, yogurt and cinnamon combined is a powerful concoction and additional cereal or fruit can be added to this mixture. Consuming additional fruit or cereal should be as health conditions allow.

Use for Weight Loss

A yogurt and cinnamon diet can promote weight loss and is a diet a person can use for 10 days.

This diet is very good and you need to consume 200 ml of yogurt mixed with a half of a teaspoon of cinnamon every morning for breakfast. A little cereal or fruit can be added to the yogurt.

For lunch, eat what you normally would but don’t overeat.

For your evening meal, again, consume 200 ml of yogurt and a half of a teaspoon of cinnamon by itself.

While on this diet regimen, drink plenty of water and exercise.

Note that this mixture is also great for facial skin care.
