This diet is very good and you need to consume 200 ml of yogurt mixed with a half of a teaspoon of cinnamon every morning for breakfast. A little cereal or fruit can be added to the yogurt.
For lunch, eat what you normally would but don’t overeat.
For your evening meal, again, consume 200 ml of yogurt and a half of a teaspoon of cinnamon by itself.
While on this diet regimen, drink plenty of water and exercise.
