When you want to lose weight the first thing that nutritionists advise you is to quit eating bread.

Perfect substitution for potatoes is cauliflower, this vegetable doesn’t contain fat and it can be prepared in many different ways.
It also contains small amounts of carbohydrates and calories and that makes it the perfect alternative for potatoes.
Prepare a delicious cauliflower mash. Add some salt, pepper, olive oil and you’ll forget all about potatoes.
Gaining weight is result of eating bread. If can’t give up bread, you can try the flour-free bread which is simply delicious and easy to prepare.
Pour water over the corn and leave it for 3 days. After 3 days, strain the corn and then blend it in your blender. In a pan, without using any oil, fry some sesame, linseed and sunflower seeds only for a minute.
In a big bowl, mix the fried seed, blended corn and some barley oats. Mix the yeast with some water and add some sugar. Add the yeast to the bowl, add some salt and make your dough.
Put it on 200 degrees in your oven, and add some ice to create steam. Put the bread in the oven and let it bake for 45-50 minutes.
Off course pasta is delicious and easy to prepare, it’s not something you should eat if you want to lose weight. Simply substitute your pasta with zucchini spaghetti.
