What ingredients are you need for this smoothie:
  • 1-2 cups of coconut water
  • Half avocado
  • Half banana
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp maca
  • Handful of dark leafy greens
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

How to make it:

First you need to pit your avocado and wash your leafy greens, then add your herbs, spices and roots. All this mixture put in blender and blend on high until smooth.


Now you can enjoy your green smoothie within a few hours of making it for best results.
