How to Clean Your Intestines in a Month

What do you need (ingredients):

  • A pound of fresh carrots,
  • A pound of fresh beetroot
  • Handful of dried apricots
  • Handful of raisins
  • A tablespoon of honey

How to make it (preparation):

First thing to do is to take a pound of fresh carrots and the same amount of raw beetroot. Chop the vegetables finely and place them in an intact enamel pot. Pour the boiling water so that the water is two fingers above the vegetables. Then add one handful of chopped dried apricots and raisins. Put the pot on fire in order to boil the water. After that, you need to remove the pot from the heat.


When it becomes slightly cooled, add one tablespoon of honey and it let stand covered for 12 hours in a cool, dry place. Then squeeze and strain the liquid.

You will get enough amount for about two days of treatment.

How to consume (consumption): 

You shall drink half a glass (1-1.5 dl) up to three times a day before meals. Store the remaining liquid in a refrigerator.
