Traditional medicine recommends that sage should be mixed with milk, even if you add the turmeric and honey, you will get home infusion.

What do you need (ingredients):

  • 250 ml of milk
  • 1 spoon dried sage
  • 1 spoon honey
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder (1/2 for children)

How to prepare it (preparation):

Oil 250 ml milk in a saucepan, add 1 spoon of dried sage in it to cook. As soon as the milk starts boiling, cover it and leave for 15 minutes.

Strain the milk, add 1tsp. honey and 1 tsp. turmeric powder (half a spoon for children).

Prepare this drink before you go to bed and drink it hot for at least half an hour before going to sleep.
