How to Lose 5 Pounds in 7 Days (Recipe Included)

Parsley is one of many herbs we might have stashed somewhere around the house for seasoning purposes.

Just like most herbs we have, it can be used for much more than spicing up your food.

One of the most heard effects of parsley in domestic treatments is its ability to help with kidney diseases, and relieve urinary infections.

However, there is also one more use, which a Bosnian woman shared with the world, and that is using parsley for weight loss.

The way this works is that parsley is a very potent diuretic (a substance that promotes urine production), and that is why it is most commonly used to relieve urinary infections as well.

According to her, “parsley is magical. On Thursday I weighed 72kg, and two days after I weighed 5kg less. This had nothing to do with the fat, but with the amount of waste water that was excreted from my body. Now I feel great,”

Regular water disposal is a great way to clean your body from accumulated toxins and bacteria.

Making your own parsley recipe will not only clean your body and help you lose weight, but it will also keep your urinary tract and kidneys safe.

How to make your own medicine:

Pour 1 liter of water into a pot and leave it to reach a boil. Add 5 tablespoons of chopped parsley and leave it to boil a while, the same as you would leave your mint or chamomile when making tea.

Remove the pot from the stove and leave the parsley for around 20 minutes. Filter the parsley and use the water as your tea.

Consumption:

Be careful not to drink more than 1 liter of tea per day. As healthy as beneficial as it can be, it should never be over-used.
