On the other hand, most of us (me included) aren’t much familiar with the health benefits of cinnamon.

Personally, I use cinnamon because of its amazing taste and smell, without even knowing what it can do for my body.

Well, both ingredients are very tasty and very healthy, and when you combine them you end up with a powerful combination that has a number of health applications.

The combination of honey and cinnamon can be used both as a preventive measure and a treatment against a number of health conditions, the most important of which are high cholesterol, respiratory problems, as well as heart failures and heart diseases.

If you have high cholesterol you will need add two teaspoons of honey and 3 of cinnamon, and add them to a ½ l of warm water. Shake your bottle well to make sure your ingredients are dissolved and drink it all throughout your day. If you do this on a regular basis you will be able to lower your cholesterol fast and prevent any cardiovascular diseases.  Here’s how you can use honey and cinnamon for some of these health conditions, and more:

If you have flu honey and cinnamon will do wonders for you. All you have to do is warm a teaspoon of honey, add some cinnamon in it and consume it two times a day. You will start seeing some results as early as day one, and your flu should be gone by the end of your third day of consumption. This combination is good for your lungs as well.

If you have Arthritis you should fill a glass with warm water, add a teaspoon of cinnamon and two teaspoons of honey and stir well. Consume your drink two times a day, first thing in the morning and during your evenings.

If you have heart problems add ½ a teaspoon of cinnamon in one teaspoon of honey and consume it on an empty stomach. This combination will improve your heart operation and prevent future heart failures, if consumed regularly.

If you have bladder problems you can fill one glass with tepid water, add a teaspoon of honey and two tablespoons of cinnamon, and stir until they are well dissolved. If you drink it regularly it will kill of the bacteria that cause you your bladder problems.
