If you want to get rid of psoriasis all you have to do is stick to the following therapeutic schedule that is based on a combination of herbs that can do wonders for your problem.

Organic remedies for your psoriasis therapy

Keep in mind that any of the different remedies listed below should be combined with regular bathing sessions.

Your bathing sessions should start with a hot water and soap bath, followed by a cold shower.

When you finish showering, dry yourself well with a towel, and only then apply any of the remedies.

Balm #1

What you need:

  • Butter from young buttermilk (4 tablespoons of);
  • Sweet milk cream(4 tablespoons of);
  • Homemade olive oil (4dl of);
  • Elderberry bark (20g of);
  • Rosemary leaves and flowers (20g of);
  • Lavender leaves and flowers (20g of);
  • Plantain leaves (10g of).

Preparation and use:

Fill a deep pot with water and let it slowly reach a boil. Add your ingredients and continue cooking slowly while you stir well until your butter and cream are well melted. Afterwards, add 2 dl of St.John’s wort oil and cook for another 40 minutes, making sure you continuously stir and your balm never reaches a boiling point. When you finish, leave it to cool down, store it into a glass container and use it on your skin.

Balm #2

What you need:

  • Fruit sloe (20g of);
  • Ground pine (10g of);
  • Rosemary leaves (yellow, 30g of);
  • Comfrey leaves (40g of).

Preparation and use:

First of all, take a medium-sized pot, fill a quarter of it with water and let it reach a boil. Before adding your ingredients make sure they are well chopped and stirred. Add 20g of your chopped herbs and cook them for another 5 minutes with the pot closed. Afterwards, leave your balm to cool down and filter it. Store in a bottle and use to treat your infected areas.

A Tea For Severe Cases

To make this tea you would need to combine several herbs to use as your tea. You will need:

  • Thyme;
  • Nettle leaves;
  • Blackberry leaves;
  • Burdock roots

When you make your tea, make sure that you herbs are equally portioned. Then, boil 2l of water, put 5 g of your herb mixture in it, and leave it covered until it cools down a bit. Afterwards, filter your tea and store it in a bottle in the fridge. Dose as you would your regular tea, making sure you don’t overdo it.

Horsetail Bath

Put 200g of freshly picked horsetail into 5 liters of water and let the water soak up the horsetail for about 12 hours. Afterwards, filter the water and use it whenever you want to take a therapeutic bath by boiling it and pouring it in your bathwater directly.

Whenever you take a bath make sure you soak yourself good for around 20 minutes. Afterwards do not wipe your body dry, but lie down in your bed and cover yourself instead. Stay covered for 1 hour.

Celandine Oil

All you need is to take 5g of Celandine juice and 50g of pork chitterlings, stir them well and then store the oil in a fridge. Use it on your infections sever times throughout your day.
