What do you need (ingredients):

  • 100g almonds
  • 100g raisins
  • 150 g nuts
  • 2 lemons rind
  • 100g dried prunes
  • 100g dried apricots
  • 250-300g of honey

How to prepare it (preparation):

Grind the almonds, raisins, walnuts and lemon peel. Squeeze the lemons and add the juice to the mixture. Then add the dried apricots and dried prunes. Stir well and add the honey. Stir again.

Put the mixture in a jar, close it and allow it to sit in a dark place for 1-2 days. The dosage for children is 1 teaspoon twice a day. For adults 1 tablespoon three times per day. Store the jar with the mixture in a refrigerator.

Vitamin bomb that is only for adults

What do you need (ingredients):

  • 200g dried figs
  • 200g dried apricots
  • 200g dried prunes
  • 200g nuts (walnuts, almonds)
  • 1 lemon
  • 250g of honey
  • 50ml of brandy

How to prepare it (preparation):

Grind the nuts, dried fruits and lemon. Add the brandy and the honey and stir well.

Put the mixture in a jar and store it in the refrigerator. You should consume 1 tablespoon of this vitamin bomb before each meal.
