We love baking breads at home.
The whole process of making the dough, seeing it rising, the yeasty aroma when the bread is getting baked, the joy when you see the bread baked to perfection.
Also the satisfaction when you serve the bread to your loved ones…… yes we love it all.

Every country has their own history, tradition and methods of making breads.
What do you need (ingredients):
- 900 gr half-white flour
- 400 ml of water
- 100 ml of milk
- 1 yeast
- 2 spoons of stevia sweet
- 3 spoons of oil
- 1 spoon of vinegar
- 2 spoons of salt
How to prepare it (preparation):
Mix the flour with the salt, sugar and yeast.
Add the oil and vinegar and mix them well.
Stir in water, and knead hands smooth dough.
Leave it rest for 1 hour then shuffle and let sit for 1 hour.
Transfer the bread in a baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 50 minutes.
