The Best Natural Remedies To Erase Keloids And Scars – Quickly And Effectively

Even though scars aren’t what you call a health or medical problem, they still present a serious impact on our overall appearance, making us feel embarrassed and uncomfortable when they are exposed.

Some people would opt out for surgical removal of scars, but such procedures are often expensive and unaffordable to most people.

Fortunately, there are other solutions which are just as effective in removing scars and keloids, but are more natural and cheap.

These natural alternatives are perfectly safe to use and have no side-effects.

If you happen to have any scar or keloid which you want to get rid of you can try any of the following treatments:

Baking Soda

Both keloids and scars are just skin tissues which were re-grown over your wound in order to protect your flesh and skin from other damage. Each time you have a wound more collagen is produced to create a tissue that would cover that wound. Baking soda is one of the best solutions because it will boost the production of those new skin cells by exfoliation.

If you want to use baking soda you should make a mixture of 1 part baking soda and 3 parts water and stir them until you get a thick paste. Use that paste to softly scrub your skin area for several minutes and then wash it with warm water. You can do this as much as you need, until you get your desired results.

Lemon juice

Lemon juice is often considered the universal cure due to its high vitamin C content which can aid the healing process of your skin, but also lighten up the scars until they are barely visible. Lemon juice is best used for newly made scars.

If you want to use lemon juice, just squeeze one lemon and apply the juice on your skin with a cotton pad. Leave it for several minutes and then wash it with warm water.

Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar is great for eliminating the itching of freshly scarred skin and decreasing the size of scars. Use a cotton pad to apply some apple cider vinegar on your scarred area and leave it for several minutes so it can be well absorbed by your skin. You can repeat this procedure for several times a day until you get your desired results.

Aloe Vera

The aloe vera is a miraculous natural cure for a number of health and beauty problems. The aloe vera is especially good for the skin because it can provide your skin tissue with enough hydration and moisture, prevent infections and itching, as well as reduce inflammations.

If you want to use aloe vera you need to extract the gel by yourself. You can do this by peeling of the skin of the aloe vera and throwing the flesh into a blender. After you make your gel you can apply some of it on your scarred area, leave it for several minutes, and then wash it with warm water. Do this as much as you can until you get your desired results.

All of the solutions so far mentioned are great and the one you will use depends on your personal preference. And even though these natural alternatives may not completely eliminate your scars, they are definitely good for reducing them and making them less visible.

The most effective way to use them would be right after you have had an injury because it is always best to prevent something than to have to treat it afterwards.
