The Most Efficient Abs Exercise for Flat Abdomen in 1 Month

There isn’t anything more efficient than this. I’m telling you. I’ve been doing many exercises but this one is the “mother” of all.

The summer period is coming and you know how we all want to look good in our bikinis. No, your age doesn’t need to mean anything. It’s awesome to be healthy and fit.

You’ve got plenty of time to get fit for the summer. I know you’ve been enjoying your healthy meals so far and you did a great job living this lifestyle.

However, you have to work on your workout routines a little bit more.

As you already know, abs and flat stomach are made 70% in the kitchen and 30% from exercise.

It’s time to strengthen up that stomach of yours and look sexy.

This very efficient exercise will take a couple of minutes through the day. Yes, you’ve heard that right.

3 minutes to be precise.

I’m talking about the plank exercise. If you do the plank for 1 minute 3 times every day for the next month, you will see big changes in your body.

Keep in mind that you need to maintain the healthy meal lifestyle.

It’s tough for you to believe that one exercise can do all those things, but fitness experts say that the plank could solve many issues and it’s much more effective than the traditional abs workouts.

There are several types of planks. I was talking about the normal plank with your elbows.

As you can see, you can even spend 5 minutes on completing the full plank pack.

The challenge here is to do the elbow plank 3 times every day. Every session should not be longer than 1 minute.

At first, you will find it hard to do this, but after a few days, you will be able to hold on for full minutes.

When the whole month passes, look at your belly in the mirror. When you notice the difference, you will be eager to continue doing this.
